Backroom Supply Co. offers apparel, drinkware, and other merchandise featuring original, humorous, irreverent, alternative, and sometimes mature themes.
Many of our products are made to order.
Eligibility to Purchase
You represent that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the payment method provided.

Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.
However, actual products may vary slightly from photographs or digital representations because of factors including:

- Printing and production processes

Minor variations that are normal to the production process are not considered defects.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Backroom Supply Co. products are made specifically after an order is placed.
Because of this, made-to-order products generally cannot be returned, exchanged, changed, or cancelled after the applicable cancellation period or once production has begun.

Product Availability
Products, designs, colors, sizes, collections, and other options may be changed or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, technical problems, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no substitute or other resolution is agreed upon, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Backroom Supply Co. may change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Pricing & Website Errors
Occasionally, a product may be displayed with an incorrect price, description, photograph, discount, availability status, or other information because of a technical or human error.
We reserve the right to correct errors and, when reasonably necessary, cancel affected orders.
If an affected paid order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers, rewards, and other incentives may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Discounts have no cash value.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
- Eligibility requirements must be satisfied at checkout.
- Promotional offers may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
Abuse, manipulation, or unauthorized duplication of promotional offers may result in cancellation of the discount or affected order.
Free Shipping
Orders meeting the applicable merchandise threshold may qualify for free standard shipping.
Backroom Supply Co. currently offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $70 after applicable discounts and coupons and before taxes and shipping charges.

Payment
Payment is due when an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is specifically offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms, policies, and eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel transactions that cannot be successfully authorized or that appear fraudulent or unauthorized.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted for production.
We may review orders for payment authorization, product availability, suspected fraud, obvious errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund or other agreed resolution.
Processing & Shipping
Because products may be made to order, please allow up to two weeks (14 days) for processing before shipment.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Backroom Supply Co. is not responsible for shipping-carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Made-to-order products generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, personal preference, or other customer ordering errors.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect because of an error by Backroom Supply Co., contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and order-change requests should be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed because production may have begun.
Once production has begun, made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled or changed.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Backroom Supply Co. name, branding, website content, original graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, logos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Backroom Supply Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Backroom Supply Co. materials without permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property appearing on that product.
