The Backroom Supply Co. is an independent apparel brand for people whose sense of humor runs a little darker, a little dirtier, and definitely outside the ordinary.
Around here, we make shirts with personality—the kind that get a second look, start a conversation, or make somebody across the room wonder, “Did that really say what I think it said?”
From twisted humor and unapologetic attitude to pride, alternative culture, and designs meant for the after-hours crowd, The Backroom is a place for the stuff that doesn’t quite belong on the front rack.
And that’s exactly how we like it.

And we’re perfectly fine with that.
The Backroom is for the weird ones. The loud ones. The inappropriate ones. The ones with questionable humor, good intentions, bad ideas, and absolutely no interest in blending in.
We believe what you wear should say something about you—even if that something makes somebody else do a double take.

HOW THE BACKROOM OPENED
The Backroom Supply Co. started with a simple idea: some designs needed a place of their own.
What began as a few shirts with a darker sense of humor quickly started becoming something bigger. The designs got bolder. The jokes got dirtier. New collections started taking shape, and it became pretty obvious they deserved more than a corner of another store.
They needed their own damn room.
So we opened The Backroom.
Created by the people behind Stonebridge Print Co., The Backroom Supply Co. is the less-behaved side of what we do—a place where we can create without worrying about whether something is too weird, too dark, too loud, too queer, or just a little too inappropriate for the front of the shop.
Here, that’s kind of the point.
What started with a handful of ideas is growing into a collection of apparel for people who aren’t particularly interested in fitting neatly into anybody else’s box.
Welcome to the part of the shop we probably should’ve kept locked.

We might have questionable taste, but we’ve got standards.
The Backroom Supply Co. is a place for self-expression without apology. Gay, straight, bi, trans, queer, furry, kinky, weird, wonderfully ordinary—or something that doesn’t need a label at all—you’ve got a place here.
Our collections won’t all be for everyone. They’re not supposed to be. But the people wearing them?
